Decent value, few minor issues

I purchased the Vegan Pastry Course during a holiday sale. The overall content was good, and I appreciated the variety of recipes included. The value for the sale price was definitely there. However, some of the video segments seemed a little dark, making it hard to see fine details in a couple of steps. Also, one recipe listed an ingredient that was pretty hard to find locally, which meant I had to order it online and wait. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it did delay my progress a bit. Still, I learned a lot, and the final results were tasty. I'd probably use them again, just with an eye on ingredient lists.

After the Professional Baking Techniques and the Bread Baking Fundamentals, I decided to try the Art Of Cookie Making Mastercourse. Just like the others, the instructions were thorough, and the video quality was excellent. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect, and they always meet it. My cookies turned out perfect, as usual.
